The Island Packet 27 is a very comfortable and capable sailboat that is ideal for coastal cruising and day-sails. Island Packets have a reputation for being very well made.
The open cockpit with a centerline helm is in the stern with everything well laid out and accessible. In the cabin there is a fold-down dinette table from the forward bulkhead with couches lining either side of the fold down table. The head is forward of the galley to starboard. A generous forward V berth has its own storage.

“The spacious interior layout provided by the broad beam design provides an exceptional amount of room and livability, allowing for guest accommodations with privacy and comfort. The forward cabin features a large Vee berth with an overhead hatch and a draw curtain to the main salon, making for a comfortable, bright and well-ventilated private cabin.
The spacious main salon features a drop leaf teak table that folds against the bulkhead. The starboard settee pulls out to make a double berth with storage areas under and behind the cushions. The head compartment features a vanity with hot and cold pressure water tap and combined shower unit. The quarter berth area includes a cabinet with the master electrical panel and room for additional Nav/electronic equipment, plus an overhead for deck mounted instruments.”
